Residential and Commercial

Vendor List
We are on a few vendor lists for commercial companies and looking to expand in this area as well. Being on the vendor list means we are the plumbing company that the maintenance companies or responsible owners call when they have a plumbing need, whether it be an emergency or a simple upgrade.
We are currently looking to add HOAs and Condo associations to our vendor list for their residential needs. This is also a referral base for our company to help the homeowners on the insides of their homes.
Fixture Upgrades
With the help of our three supply homes, we can come up with just about any faucet, shower system, or toilet you could possibly want from the builder grade to the most custom fixture and color choices. Each supply home we use has their own showroom that we are able to take our customers to to receive one on one time with a specialist to pick out what is right for you.
Additions and Remodels
We specialize in additions and tenant buildouts. For residential, we handle basement finishes to big additions to the home. There is always a way to make your dream bathroom or kitchen come true.
For commercial, we complete small remodels, from moving a few sinks to complete renovations and buildouts. When it comes to plumbing and gas, we are able to handle any commercial job from an office with two bathrooms to a commercial kitchen that requires fine detail to make sure all inspections pass for local and state code to health department inspections.
Water Heaters
Jeffers Plumbing Solutions Inc. is proud to provide and install A.O. Smith water heaters, from the 6-gallon electric to 100-gallon commercial and every heater in-between. Residential heaters come with a 1-year labor and parts warranty with a 6-year tank warranty. All commercial water heaters come with a 1-year warranty on labor, parts, and tank.
For the on-demand selection, we prefer to use the Navien NPE-2 series with the built-in buffer tank and recirculation pump. These are exceptional for both residential and commercial applications. The warranties vary for each system setup, and vary from residential to commercial. Warranties will be discussed at the time of the estimate for install.
Backflow Prevention
At Jeffers Plumbing Solutions Inc., we believe in making sure your water is safe from cross-contamination. All commercial builds require some form of backflow device from a double check to an RPZ. These are to be installed by a licensed plumber and tested every year by a licensed backflow prevention expert. We are able to install, test, and rebuild all of the backflow devices.
Residential customers also have needs for backflow prevention from a double check that feeds the water supply on the boiler, to the PVB that feeds the sprinkler system for your yard. The boiler supply does not need to be a testable device, but you should make sure it is working properly to prevent cross-contamination. The PVB should be tested every year in the spring before you turn your sprinkler system on.
The purpose of the PVB is to prevent the yard water, which will contain chemicals and fertilizer, from backing up into your drinking water. This is an important step that is often overlooked by most homeowners.
Residential New Build
Here at Jeffers Plumbing Solutions Inc., we believe in making the plumbing for your new home go as smoothly as possible. We work with builders and homeowners in completing the build themselves. From picking out fixtures to the locations of install, our goal is to make sure you are happy with our work and the outcome of your new plumbing system. New builds come with a 1-year plumbing warranty, which starts on the day of plumbing completion.
Commercial New Builds & Buildouts
Commercial new builds and buildouts differ vastly from residential. We have completed jobs from simple bathroom remodels to 3-KFC new builds that took place at the same time. We have also completed the 3-story convalescent home in Fenton behind The Corner Bar as well as the one off of Fenway Drive by Silver Lake Road. These buildings have individual rooms with bathrooms and kitchens, as well as a commercial kitchen and public restrooms. Our crew has the knowledge and capability to handle all types of commercial solutions.
Bladder Tank
Bladder tanks can leak or lose the inside balloon, causing you an issue with pressure and making your pump work harder. We are able to replace your bladder tank and all the parts that go along with that on the inside of your home.
Jeffers Plumbing Solutions Inc. is not a well company, so we are unable to help you with your submersible pumps and Jet pumps located inside of your home. However, we do have a few reputable companies we like to refer, and have trusted to complete work at our personal homes.
Gas Lines
We are licensed and insured to complete all gas line work in your home or business. From new builds to adding a line for your outside grill or fireplace, we are able to help you out.
Shower and Bathtub Replacement
Showers and bathtubs can crack and cause a troublesome leak. Or, perhaps, you want your tub removed and a shower installed. We come in and provide an estimate to replace the unit and repair the drywall and trim that needs to be fixed when you replace a unit. We also specialize in complete bathroom remodels. We are able to take the bathroom down to the studs and put in your dream bathroom, or make it simple and just replace all the fixtures.
Water Treatment
Water treatment is important for your health. All water, whether it be well or city water, contain contaminants, such as Chlorine and Arsenic. Hard water and iron levels can cause issues with drinking water and your plumbing fixtures.
We can take samples of your water and send them to a lab to be tested. Once the results come back, we are able to go over your options to treat your water. Equipment is available to help with all kinds of water treatment.
We also install R.O. systems for single-use drinking at the kitchen faucet.
We provide and install Sterling water treatment equipment.
